She weaves years of experience as a holistic health coach, therapeutic chef and marketing/PR consultant to create a unique fusion of holistic consulting services for individuals and entrepreneurs.

Tina is an inspiring and published author, sensible professional, and wellness advisor. She consults with compassion having battled many health complications, and challenges associated with being an owner and operator of multiple start-ups.


Due to experience, she is deeply empathetic to those on their unique personal and professional journeys. Her services include menu and recipe development, nutrition counseling, ghostwriting and editing, and transformative wellness consulting.

Her portfolio of business clients includes, Las Vegas Athletic Clubs, Garden Table, Vegan Fusion, Fairwinds Press, Yoga Body Naturals, Cooking Healthy Lessons, Elixia Wellness, and Meriwether Group. Tina is the author of Balanced Raw and Superfood Juices and Smoothies. She is also the editor and Chief Manifestation Officer for Heed Your Call––a book and organization committed to changing our modern landscape through the integration of myth, science, spirituality, and business. In addition to holding certifications as a Holistic Health Counselor and Natural Foods Chef, she is a Register Yoga Teacher and avid meditator.

  1. I’m excited to try sacha inchi and other super foods I’ve never even heard of! I’ve been on the ‘getting healthy’ journey since the start of 2014 and it’s been great! I’d love to get her book!
